Unleashing Potential: Our Leadership Training Camp Experience

On 28th and 29th August, a group of 58 dedicated student leaders from our school took part in a transformative two-day overnight Leadership Training Camp at The HKFYG Leadership Institute.

The camp was filled with dynamic activities designed to challenge and inspire participants. Through a series of adventure challenges and reflective debriefing sessions, students enhanced their teamwork, resilience, and communication skills. Additionally, they engaged in interactive workshops on “Programme Design & Execution” and “Conflict Management”, equipping themselves with practical leadership tools.

This experience provided our students with an incredible opportunity to step outside their comfort zones, forge stronger connections, and deepen their understanding of effective leadership. We are immensely proud of their enthusiastic participation and are confident that they will apply these valuable experiences to their roles within our school community.
