Hong Kong Primary and Secondary School English Writing Competition – the Most Creative Writer Award

This year is the 5th year of the Hong Kong Primary and Secondary School English Writing Competition. Students were given the topic, “A new beginning – to esteem and support the rehabilitated offenders”. Competition was particularly fierce this year because the organiser, Asia Children Education Association, received more than 6000 entries from numerous schools. Many of our students took part in this competition and Jolie Lam (4E) received the Most Creative Writer Award in the Senior Secondary Division. She wrote about how we can help ex-offenders integrate into society using alternative methods rather than capital punishment. We congratulate Jolie on her achievement, and we encourage our students to keep an eye on similar opportunities in the future to brush up their writing skills!
