“Brick Through Leadership” Training Workshop

Our student leaders embarked on an innovative learning experience through the “Brick Through Leadership” training workshop conducted by P-cube Education. Utilising the unique LEGO SERIOUS PLAY methodology, students engaged in hands-on model building to identify their leadership strengths, aspirations, and areas for growth.

This interactive session enabled participants to clearly define their roles and responsibilities as student leaders while developing personalised leadership action plans. Through this process, they enhanced their self-confidence and sense of accountability. The workshop also provided practical tools for motivating peers and encouraged reflection on current capabilities, setting the stage for future goals.

Overall, the workshop successfully transformed traditional leadership concepts into a dynamic blend of experiential learning, service orientation, and creative thinking. Participants concluded the session feeling energised and equipped with actionable strategies to make meaningful contributions to our school community.
