Cultivating Healthy Habits: “Joyful Fruit Month” at School
Date: 30/04/2026
In alignment with the Department of Health’s “Joyful Fruit Month”, our Health Education Team transformed the campus into a hub for nutritional awareness from 15th to 30th April 2026. By providing a daily rotation of fresh fruit—including bananas, apples, and mandarin oranges—the initiative aimed to bridge the gap between classroom theory and daily dietary habits.
The event served as a practical lesson in preventative health, encouraging students to make mindful dietary choices. By making fresh produce readily accessible during lunch breaks, the programme highlighted the direct link between consistent fruit intake and improved energy levels for academic and physical activities.
This event successfully reinforced the school’s commitment to holistic wellness, reminding us all that small, daily shifts in nutrition are the foundation of a healthy lifestyle. Let’s keep the momentum going and continue to prioritize healthy eating every day!
